Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value beyond this store.
All sales are final.
If you have secured a service appointment with a booking fee: booking fees are non-refundable unless Devon cancels. If you cancel, you forfeit the booking fee. If Devon cancels, you will receive a full refund unless it is for something you did not warn them about such as trigger warnings or a change in deadline.
