Author branding doesn't stop with your logo, colors, and signature. It also encompasses your website, among other nifty things (I'm looking at you, email signature, author bio, and tagline).

I've been hand coding websites since 2003, creating WordPress websites since 2005, and have recently branched out into Squarespace and Fourthwall. No matter what platform you choose to host your site, I can turn it into a knockout that draws readers in and converts them into sales.

And because I know many of us struggle to make ends meet for newer authors struggling to find their audience, I offer affordable, competitive rates.

A simple website is a $450 flat fee. With it, you get:

  • 5 Pages, most commonly:
    • Home
    • About/Bio
    • Books
      • A single page with all books broken down into series
      • Or, for an extra $5 fee per book, a sales page for each book on your WooCommerce shop.
    • Trigger Warnings, if not put on the books page(s).
      • This page would be a sixth paid page if you choose not to put the warnings directly on the book page or shop listing for each book or each series, depending on how you would like your page(s) set up.
      • To have this included in your package, I generally remove the Privacy Policy as an option unless you'd like to pay the $25 extra to add it on.
    • Newsletter signup page
    • Privacy Policy
    • Contact (included free with purchase)
  • Free copy editing of your page text (within 2000 words per site). Extra copy editing will be available at $0.008 per word.
  • Your logo and tagline turned into banners, one for your website's specifications, and different size variations for your socials.
  • A tutorial on how to edit information on your pages, as well as how to add new pages yourself.
  • A 2-week timeline to dive into your site to note any changes that need to be made.
    • Extensions are available for free with a 3-day notice before the 2-week expiry.
  • 6-months of email and/or chat support.

Other considerations:

  1. Extra pages are $25 per page.
  2. Shop setup (for anything but Fourthwall) is not part of the package. A full shop setup (not including products) is an extra $250 on all platforms that are not Fourthwall.
  3. Future updates are $15 per page for simple updates such as replacing your bio, adding books to your shop, etc.
  4. Future graphics updates (creating new banners for your website using new branding) are $50.
  5. I will not create products for you that are not books. If you want to add items such as t-shirts, mugs, or other swag, you will need to handle those yourself or have your PA or another professional do so.
  6. I do not create your site copy (the page text). You must supply this yourself.
